Common Questions

What does a free consultation look like?
A 30-minute video call where I ask about your P21 setup, your pain points, and what you're trying to accomplish. I'll give you honest feedback on where I see opportunities -- and whether I'm the right person to help.
Do you work on-site or remote?
Both. Most engagements are remote, which keeps costs down for you. For intensive work sessions or go-live support, I'm available on-site in the Houston/Gulf Coast area and can travel nationwide.
How do you price your services?
Standard consulting is $135/hr. Specialized work (business rules, integrations, migration) runs $150-$175/hr. Project-based work gets a fixed quote upfront. Retainer clients get discounted rates in exchange for monthly commitment.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's what the discovery call is for. I'll ask the right questions to figure out where your biggest opportunities are. A P21 Health Check ($2,500-$5,000) is also a great starting point -- it gives us both a clear picture of your system's state.
Can you help with the Kinetic UI transition?
Yes. Epicor is discontinuing the Classic UI in Kinetic 2026.1 (May 2026). I help with compatibility testing, user retraining, and making sure your customizations work in the new browser-based interface.
